THIS IS A CHANGE TO THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULE.

Finally, for our attendees interested in something to do either Friday or Saturday evening; The Secret Of Kells is showing at the Gateway Theater at 11th and High St. Showtime is 7pm both evenings. It is an animated film, scary in parts and probably better suited to older children. This link provides a trailer for the film.

Also, directly across from the venue is The Center Of Science and Industry (COSI). They are currently featuring Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition. It has been one of the most popular exhibits they've ever featured.

See you all bright and early Saturday morning! Don't forget your dancin' shoes!

Dear Buckeye State Feis attendees,

We're in the final stages of planning our second annual event. We would like to make you aware of a few changes to this years feis. We have added some additional space for camping in the hall adjacent to the competition area. The camping area will include a practice stage, a cafe providing lunch as well as a concession stand. There will be no coolers permitted in the camping or competition halls.

Preliminary and Open championship competitions will begin promptly at 8:30 on stages 1 and 2. Please note we will run some of the smaller competitions concurrently to allow more time for shoe changes. Competitions 719OC and 718OC will begin with the soft shoe round on Stage 2. Also running concurrently on Stage 2 are the final competitions of the day, competitions 767/768OC, 763/765OC and 710/712OC, The concurrent competitions on the prelim stage(Stage 1) will be competitions 612PC, 610/611PC and 608PC. We ask that you please pay careful attention to the NOW/NEXT signs and check in accordingly.

The treble reel competitions will take place on stages 1 and 2 during the lunch break. We really enjoyed seeing all the creative choreographies the dancers were able to come up with and can't wait to see what they've put together for this year!! It was truly the highlight of the feis!!!

Wishing success to all the dancers! And remember to KEEP PRACTICING!!!
